Return & Refund Policy

At Longing for More, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Return Process

Order Number: Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect size sent

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.
