Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cape Town: 1–3 business days

  • Western Cape: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of South Africa: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Scatterlings of Africa is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the package and product.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
